We are looking for a SAP Ariba Downstream AMS Consultant with strong experience in Buying & Invoicing and Commerce Automation, responsible for L2/L3 production support, incident/problem management, minor enhancements, and integration troubleshooting with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
AMS / Production Support
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba Downstream applications
Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLAs
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
Support month-end and year-end activities
Monitor queues, interfaces, and transaction failures proactively
