Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure SAP Commissions based on business and functional requirements
Set up and maintain compensation plans, crediting rules, rate tables, quotas, and territory assignments
Interpret U.S.-based sales commission models (e.g., accelerators, draws, caps, overrides) and translate them into accurate system logic. Collaborate with analysts, architects, and business users to understand incentive plans and design system solutions accordingly.
Perform unit testing, system validation, and end-to-end data verification
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot configuration or data issues
Validate incoming data from CRMs and ERPs (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) and ensure clean integration with SAP Commissions
Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration designs and test cases.
Provide post-deployment support and assist with enhancement cycles.

Required Qualifications:

3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), especially in system configuration and data validation.
Strong understanding of U.S. sales commission models, including common components like base + variable pay, accelerators, SPIFs, quota attainment, and territory-based incentives.
Deep experience with commission-related data handling, such as processing transaction data, crediting logic, and compensation calculations.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and issue troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and deliver assigned configuration work with minimal supervision.
Experience with SAP Commissions Data Loader, reporting modules, and integration tools
