SAP Commission-Manager

As a SAP Commission Manager at EY, you will be responsible for executing production activities in the SAP Commissions UI and SQL Server. This includes running interfaces and transferring data between various data sources. Your role will involve driving process improvements to the sales compensation system and defining requirements for system changes to developers. You will also be testing enhancements/bug fixes to the sales compensation system and validating them upon implementation. Communication with business end users regarding system and/or reporting issues and resolutions will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in project teams and work independently with a diverse group of stakeholders. Your experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus) will be valuable as you provide business expertise for functional areas assigned within the sales compensation system. Your ability to implement solutions requested by business users to enhance the management and processing of sales compensation efficiently will be crucial. Moreover, your skills in analyzing and reconciling complex business data and systems issues will play a significant role. Your willingness to support production activities and perform data analysis to troubleshoot commission issues will contribute to the success of the team.
