Position Overview:

• We are looking for a dedicated SAP Commerce Developer SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly known as SAP Hybris) to join our support team.
• The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) applications.
• This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Hybris modules and the ability to resolve technical issues while ensuring the system's stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support and Maintenance:
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP Hybris applications, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Monitor application health and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, including root cause analysis and implementing fixes.

Incident and Problem Management:

• Respond to and resolve incidents reported by end-users or monitoring tools within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Document recurring issues and work on permanent solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve cross-functional issues.

Enhancements and Minor Changes:

• Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes as per business requirements.
• Ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested and deployed following established processes.
• Work on performance optimization of existing features and functionalities.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with business users, functional teams, and other developers to understand and resolve issues.
• Communicate status updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and share knowledge on best practices.

Documentation and Knowledge Management:

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Contribute to the knowledge base for frequently encountered issues and their resolutions.
• Document all changes and fixes in compliance with organizational standards.

Compliance and Governance:

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data privacy guidelines.
• Follow established ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management

Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP Hybris Developer (minimum 2+ years in a support or maintenance role preferred).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris modules such as Product Content Management (PCM), Order Management (OMS), and Customer Service.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and SAP Hybris architecture.
• Experience with SAP Hybris extensions, accelerators, and customizations.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for resolving production issues.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and ticketing tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React (optional but preferred).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Commerce Cloud Developer certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA integration.
