SAP CO-ordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION: SAP CO-ORDINATOR 1. Job Summary. The SAP Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of SAP systems and processes across the organization. This role ensures smooth SAP operations by coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and business units to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and support business process improvements. 2. Key Responsibilities. The following are the key responsibilities: - (a) Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related issues, requests, and enhancements. (b) Coordinate SAP module activities across departments (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI, CO). (c) Support end-users by troubleshooting system errors and escalating complex issues to the technical support team. (d) Monitor SAP system performance and ensure timely resolution of incidents. (e) (f) Facilitate SAP data entry, extraction, validation, and reporting processes. Liaise with SAP consultants and vendors during upgrades, patches, or implementations. (g) Assist in SAP training sessions for end-users and develop user guides or documentation. (h) Maintain master data and ensure compliance with organizational data standards. (j) Support the integration of SAP with other business systems and third- party applications. (k) Track and report on system usage, performance, and improvement opportunities. 3. Qualifications and Skills. (a) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (b) (c) Minimum 24 years of experience working with SAP systems. Strong understanding of one or more SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, PP). (d) (e) (f) Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

(g) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 4. 5. Desirable Attributes. (a) (b) (c) SAP certification in any module is a plus. Experience with SAP implementation or migration projects. Familiarity with SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, Fiori, or Crystal Reports). Working Conditions. (a) (b) Office-based role with occasional travel (if required). May involve extended hours during system rollouts or upgrades. Otherwise working hours would be 10 AM 7 PM, 6 days a week with Sunday would be week off.
