Job Description

Job Title : SAP CO Consultant

Experience Required:

5 7 Years

Job Purpose / Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

SAP CO Consultant

with 5 7 years of hands-on experience in

Controlling (CO)

modules. The candidate will be responsible for business requirement gathering, analysis, configuration, testing, and providing end-to-end support for SAP CO implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document
business requirements
and translate them into effective SAP CO solutions.
Collaborate with
business stakeholders
to ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities.
Perform
configuration
,
testing
,
UAT support
, and
Go-live support
within SAP CO modules.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in
MM
,
FI
, and
SD
to ensure proper system integration.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize CO-related issues and processes.
Ensure solution quality, data accuracy, and process efficiency throughout project lifecycle.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Quality and accuracy of implemented SAP CO solutions.
Timely completion of project deliverables.
Effective collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction.
Minimal post-deployment issues and rework.

Qualification:

Any
Graduate / Postgraduate
in Commerce, Finance, or Information Technology.
SAP Certification in FICO
(preferred).

Functional Skills / Competencies:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
SAP FICO Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, COPA
, and
Variance Analysis
.
Integration experience with
MM
,
FI
, and
SD
modules.
Practical exposure to
SAP S/4HANA
environment (hands-on experience is mandatory).
Proven experience in configuration, testing, and business process mapping.
