Job Description

Role Overview

SAP CO Lead

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation:

Lead SAP CO module configuration and deployment across global projects.
Design and implement cost accounting structures, planning cycles, and reporting frameworks.
Ensure integration with FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT coordination.

Project Leadership:

Manage offshore/onshore teams and ensure timely delivery.
Provide guidance on best practices and SAP standards.
Support S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.

Support & Optimization:

Handle L3 support and resolve complex issues.
Drive continuous improvement and automation within CO processes.

Required Skills

Expertise in SAP CO sub-modules:

Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Internal Orders
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Product Costing

Strong understanding of
FI integration
,
S/4HANA architecture
, and
Fiori apps
.
Experience with
global rollouts
,
template design
, and
data migration
.
Familiarity with
ABAP debugging
and
custom enhancements
.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT.
10+ years of SAP CO experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
SAP certification in CO or S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
