Job Description

As a Functional Lead, your role involves the following responsibilities: You will be responsible for solution engineering, implementation & testing, project support & functional change management, new solution development, knowledge management, client management/relationship management, people management, sales support, and brand building. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct gap analysis to analyze the current and future state of the business. - Provide guidance in creating solutions for identified gaps. - Design end-to-end solutions and plan for integration. - Confirm technical feasibility of the solution. - Map solutions/deliverables to service level agreements (SLA) for delivery. - Conduct system configuration based on requirements and carry out testing. - Create data migration and cutover plans. - Manage deadlines for functional deliverables. - Support analysis of data issues and route for resolution. - Configure/change configuration based on tickets and test development objects. - Support creation of business case for IT initiatives and provide inputs for project TCO and KPIs. - Conduct market research to identify new solution areas. - Update knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository. - Manage client relationships from start to execution. - Create training courses and artefacts for training. - Understand specific client requirements and provide support in sales activities.
