As a Functional Lead, you will be responsible for various aspects of solution engineering, implementation & testing, project support & functional change management, new solution development, knowledge management, client/relationship management, people management, sales support, and brand building. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting gap analysis to analyze current and future states of the business, providing guidance in creating solutions for identified gaps, confirming technical feasibility of solutions, designing end-to-end solutions for clients, and planning for integration. You will also be required to configure systems based on requirements, carry out testing before handover to users, manage deadlines for functional deliverables, and create data migration and cutover plans.
