Key Responsibilities: - Promote and evangelize the Maintenance Support offerings - Act as the first line of support for customers seeking SAP policy-based maintenance adjustments - Minimize maintenance at risk (MAR) within the assigned Market Unit - Manage commercial aspects of SAP Programs - Drive Customer Value realization along the customer value journey - Comfortably present to both internal and external customers - Support deal execution in regions, including educating customers" procurement and legal groups on Maintenance Contracts - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all SAP Extension Policies (Cloud/On-Prem/Cloud to Cloud) - Engage with GMs, VPs, AEs, CPs, and customers to highlight the value of SAP's Maintenance Solutions - Educate field sales on Renewals and Commercial Management tools, strategies, and opportunities - Collaborate with partner support to raise awareness of SAP Maintenance offerings - Provide necessary reporting to management, ensuring CRM accuracy and currency Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience - Ability to present effectively to diverse audiences - Familiarity with commercial aspects of deal execution - Subject Matter Expertise in SAP Extension Policies - Strong interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders - Proficiency in educating field sales on Renewals and Commercial Management tools - Experience in providing accurate reporting and maintaining CRM data Additional Company Details: SAP is a purpose-driven and future-focused company with a culture of inclusion, health, and well-being.
