Job Description

Ability to pick up new data tools and concepts quickly
Passionate about complex data structures and problem solving
High attention to detail
Experience in working in an Agile environment
Organizational skills: time management and planning
SQL knowledge (query performance tuning, index maintenance, etc) as well as an understanding of database structure
Knowledge of data modeling principles and experience with dimension data modelling
Good understanding of programming knowledge like Java/.Net is a bonus
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure & Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage
Knowledge if ETL tools like Pentaho would be an added advantage

Job Role/ Your future duties and responsibilities

Gather requirements and business process knowledge to transform the data in a way that's geared towards the needs of end users
Create universes and reports as per business needs
Collaborate with functional SMEs and create designs
Create reports and dashboards interactive with end users
Good troubleshooting skills
Maintain and improve already existing processes
Ensure that the data architecture is scalable and maintainable
Work with businesses in designing and delivering correct, high-quality data
Prepare documentation for further reference

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

3-4 years of experience in SAP Business Objects
Experience on CMC, WebI, Universe Design Tool, Information Design Tool, BI launch pad, BO administration
Hands on experience in Writing Complex SQL Queries
Creating reports using Webi Intelligence tools
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
