SAP BTP/CAPM Developer

As a Senior SAP BTP Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications using SAP BTP with CAPM (Node.js or Java). You will be responsible for building side-by-side and side-core extensions that integrate with S/4HANA or ECC using APIs, CDS views, and BAPIs. Your tasks will also include developing REST/OData APIs, managing multitenancy, and implementing role-based authentication using XSUAA. Furthermore, you will be expected to integrate with SAP and non-SAP systems by leveraging SAP Event Mesh, SAP Connectivity, and SAP Destination services. Implementing microservices with event-driven architecture, messaging queues, and service discovery on BTP Cloud Foundry/Kyma will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also configure and consume services like SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Business Application Studio, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Transport Management. Collaboration with architects, functional consultants, and DevOps to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions will be crucial. Applying clean code principles, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of developed services will also be part of your duties. Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues between cloud applications and SAP backend systems is another important aspect of this role.
