SAP BTP Integration Lead_Pune

About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP BTP Integration Lead to spearhead the design, delivery, and modernisation of integration solutions across SAP PI/PO, CPI, APIM, and Integration Suite. This role is pivotal in leading migration projects, driving optimisation initiatives, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity across SAP and non-SAP systems. The individual will represent integration solutions in governance forums, mentor teams, and contribute to the organisations API-first and cloud-first strategy.

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP BTP integration solutions across PI/PO, CPI, APIM, and Integration Suite.
• Manage migration projects from PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite, including assessments, proposals, and governance.
• Prepare and validate integration design documents aligned with business and architectural standards.
• Provide cost modelling, effort estimation, and optimisation proposals for integration landscapes.
• Represent technical delivery in governance forums such as TDA, ITPM, VMC, and VROM.
• Drive modernisation initiatives focusing on scalability, clean core, API-first, and event-driven models.
• Ensure business continuity through secure, reliable, and cost-efficient integration solutions.
• Mentor and manage integration teams to ensure quality delivery and proactive risk management.
• Act as a technical lead for local markets, engaging with business and IT stakeholders.
• Support innovation and automation in integration strategies contributing to enterprise transformation.

Who you are

• 12+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on BTP Integration (PI/PO, CPI, APIM, Integration Suite).
• Proven expertise in designing and migrating integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Integration Suite migration projects, including cost estimation and proposal preparation.
• Strong knowledge of API management, security, governance, and monitoring.
• Experience in end-to-end delivery management and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to represent technical solutions in senior forums and secure approvals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of ITPM, SPDA, and change management processes.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Desired: Expertise in SAP BTP services (Event Mesh, Workflow, Extensions), cloud migration, event-driven architectures, and performance optimisation.
