SAP BTP CPI IS

Role Overview:

As an SAP BTP CPI Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), part of SAP BTP Integration Suite. Youll work on connecting SAP and non-SAP systems across cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI.
• Configure and customize pre-packaged integration content.
• Develop and manage APIs using SAP API Management.
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and third-party systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Document integration designs and maintain technical specifications.
• Apply best practices in CPI architecture, security, and performance.

Required Skills:

• 4 to 10 years of experience in SAP integration technologies.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with SAP CPI.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, SFTP, JSON, XML, XSLT.
• Experience with Groovy and JavaScript scripting for CPI transformations.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite tools: API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors.
• Understanding of cloud vs on-premise integration scenarios.
• Exposure to SAP PI/PO and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi (optional).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• SAP certification in CPI or BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
