Job Description

As the Lead SAP Datasphere implementations, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects including data modeling, ETL, integration, and performance optimization. Your role will involve developing and maintaining SAC stories, dashboards, and planning models with advanced formulas & allocations. You will also be expected to handle What-If planning & scenario modeling, predictive forecasting & planning cycles, and the migration and integration of SAP BPC models into Datasphere and SAC. In addition to the above, you will provide support for monthly financial close, budgeting, and forecasting activities. You will be the point of contact for production support, troubleshooting, and deployments related to SAC and Datasphere artifacts. It will be your responsibility to ensure data governance, security, and metadata management are maintained at all times. Collaboration with IT and business teams for end-to-end SAP/non-SAP integration is a crucial part of this role. Moreover, you will be required to work across India and US time zones to provide global support. Knowledge of AWS Glue, Redshift, and cloud-based ETL/data warehousing is essential. Exposure to Tableau or other BI tools is a plus. Ideal candidates will have experience in predictive analytics or advanced planning in SAC. An understanding of finance & operational planning processes such as Sales, Capex, Headcount, Revenue, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow is highly beneficial for this position.,
