Job Description

The SAP BIB Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM using Business Integration Builder (BIB). The role involves end-to-end delivery of integration projects, including requirement gathering, mapping, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Expertise:

Configure and manage SAP BIB for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration.
Handle bidirectional interfaces for data replication and migration between SF and HCM.

Technical Delivery:

Create mapping sheets and develop logic for integration scenarios.
Work with ABAP developers and functional teams for end-to-end delivery.

Functional Support:

Understand Employee Central (EC) and related prerequisites for integration.
Provide guidance on configuration and functional aspects of HCM and SF.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track integration status, provide updates to stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly.

Documentation:

Prepare technical and functional documentation for integrations and processes.

Must-Have Skills

SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder)
SuccessFactors (SF) & SAP HCM Integration
HR ABAP & CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
Experience with BADI Mapping
Strong understanding of data migration and replication processes

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Employee Central (EC)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
