Job Description

As an SAP Basis Administrator at Capgemini, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of SAP environments. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams, support audits, and contribute to system performance, availability, and security. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Perform SAP Basis administration tasks such as installation, upgrades, and patching. - Configure and manage SAP Solution Manager functionalities including System Monitoring, EWA, and CHARM. - Collaborate with teams for issue resolution and smooth operations. - Support audits and compliance through proper documentation and system checks. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - 4-12 years of experience in SAP Basis and Solution Manager. - Proficiency in managing complex SAP landscapes and utilizing SolMan for proactive system management. - Hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and PI systems. - Knowledge of Solution Manager setup and usage, including System Monitoring, CHARM, and Technical Monitoring. - Familiarity with HANA DB, OS/DB migrations, and backup strategies. - Experience in performance tuning, transport management, and system copies. - Understanding of SAP security, user administration, and audit compliance.
