Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) plays a crucial role in supporting the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We establish information management strategies and standards, collaborating with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate business processes efficiently. With approximately 900+ employees across four main sites in Chakan (India), Lund (Sweden), Denton (USA), and Singapore, Global IM is at the forefront of technological advancements. Currently, Tetra Pak Global Information Management is seeking a skilled and experienced professional proficient in SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate should have expertise in supporting various SAP platforms and products, particularly as we transition towards S4 HANA. An essential requirement for this role is experience with the enablement package of SAP S4 HANA SAP Rise and managing integrated landscapes effectively. This position is based in Chakan, Pune, offering transport services and a hybrid work mode with 2 days working from home and 3 days working from the office. The office timings are from IST 07:30 am to IST 04:30 pm. As a part of the global team, flexibility for meetings outside regular business hours is expected. The main responsibilities include serving as a team member or project team member, along with other roles as required by the organization, such as Continuous Improvement gaps and project pre-study preparation. As an individual contributor, you will work with minimal supervision, contribute design ideas, and lead small work teams when necessary. The qualifications we are looking for include a University Degree or Diploma in business, engineering, or computer science, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP BASIS and senior Basis roles. Strong experience in ongoing service-side SAP BASIS Administration, performance tuning, system monitoring, and SAP Archiving is crucial. The ideal candidate should have experience with SAP RISE, SAP ECS Enterprise Cloud Service support, SAP cloud products, SAP security, authorization concepts, and project planning phases.
