SAP Basis Consultant

As a SAP Basis Administrator with 5 to 10 years of experience, your role will involve the implementation, service level management, and life-cycle management of Enterprise Solutions Portfolio of SAP Applications. You will be responsible for the deployment, support, and administration of SAP and integrated systems. Your tasks will require collaboration with various application management and project teams. Your experience with Operation Systems (Linux, AIX, etc.) and Databases (HANA, MSSQL, DB2, etc.) will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform HANA database upgrades and patches as necessary - Design and implement landscape and infrastructure for SAP Basis tasks - Develop client strategy, capacity planning, high-availability, disaster-recovery setup, backup and recovery strategy, storage systems, SAP upgrades, OS/DB migration, system refresh, client copies, and Basis administration - Lead SAP Upgrade/Migration projects and act as the highest-level escalation point for the team - Implement High Availability (HA) / Disaster Recovery (DR) technologies including Geographically Dispersed HA/DR - Conduct performance tuning at server, database, and application levels along with backup design and support - Maintain database design, administration, and maintenance in a distributed environment - Work with Vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field - Desired SAP Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA, HANA, OS/DB Migration The company is located in Hyderabad, India, and the job falls under the category of Software Developer.,
