Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain SAP applications (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.). Perform SAP system upgrades, patches, and kernel updates. Monitor system performance, workload analysis, and capacity planning. Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS) for change management and deployments. Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for SAP landscapes. Configure and manage SAP HANA, Oracle, or other databases used in SAP environments. Work closely with SAP security teams for user management, roles, and authorization. Perform SAP client copies, system refreshes, and backup/restoration activities. Integrate SAP with third-party applications and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Automate system administration tasks using scripts (Shell, Python, or PowerShell). Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system errors, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities. Document system configurations, policies, procedures, and best practices. Note: Work from home option is available where NTT data office is not present.
