Description
As a SAP B1 candidate with experience in generating Crystal Reports, your role involves implementation, technical support, and functional consulting services for SAP Business One software. This includes system configuration, testing, data conversion, user training, and issue resolution. Your deep functional and technical understanding of SAP Business One will help you design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions using the system. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for collaborating in a team environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Having thorough knowledge of all modules related to end users' requirements - Uploading master data (G/L accounts, item master data, business partners, BOMs) into the production server using data workbench transfer tool - Editing Confidential Reports and Crystal report layouts for various outgoing documents - Maintaining SAP server and creating SAP B1 queries based on end user requirements - Experience with SAP- Business One Tool versions 9.0-9.3 & 10.0 - Knowledge of A/R & A/P process flows - Setting up user authorizations & approval stages for various document types - Running MRP Wizard for item shortfall quantities and recommending production/purchase orders - Creating various types of BOMs and setting up batch numbers for items - Creating queries using MS SQL for different transactions - Supervising and maintaining MS SQL backups and SQL servers - Performing other duties as needed Experience required: - 3 years in SAP Business One - 3 years in generating Crystal Reports This is a full-time, permanent position. Please note that the work location is in person.
