SAP B1 Technical Consultant

As a SAP B1 Techno-Functional Consultant, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Implementing projects for SAP Business One and providing support to SAP Business One users. - Interacting with users to understand new functionalities of Business One and implementing change requests, version upgrades, and continuous improvements in SAP Business One. - Conducting user training sessions at various locations and designing solution documents for developing SAP B1 Add-ons and Crystal Reports. - Demonstrating good adaptability in understanding the ERP-product to map prospects" requirements with the product effectively. - Handling project-related documentation including the preparation of SRS, Solution Design Document, Technical Document, Test Cases, and sign-offs. - Managing customer satisfaction effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - SAP B1 Certification is preferred. - Experience in configuring SAP Business One, MS SQL database, SQL queries, and crystal reporting tool. - Proficiency in performing business requirements analysis and design. - Strong experience in ERP implementation and identifying customizations. - Domain knowledge of business processes and operations for the industry. - Expert knowledge of ERP functional. - Minimum of 3-4 projects implementation experience. - Preparation of functional documentation. - Providing client support post go-live. - Good communication skills in English and Hindi. - Ability to execute projects independently. - Familiarity with SAP B1 implementation methodology.
