Job Description

Lead end-to-end implementations of SAPB1, overseeing requirement gathering, system configuration, integration, testing (UAT/E2E), and go-live activities
Analyze and optimize client business processes, performing gap analysis and recommending customizations or system enhancements
Configure core modules and add-ons, set up master data, and tailor reports using tools like Crystal Reports.
Train end-users and develop training materials to enable smooth adoption
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues and performing system maintenance or upgrades.
Help in SAP B1 system support
Coordinate stakeholders across teams, and oversee deliverables and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
Help in building integration with global SAP or legacy systems

Technical & Functional Skills

Deep expertise in SAPB1 (modules + add-ons), SQL Server or HANA, and Crystal Reports
Strong understanding of ERP principles including finance, sales, inventory, procurement, and production
Knowledge of managing multiple instances located globally
