Position Title: SAP - AGM / DGM

Location: Chennai
Department: Information Technology (IT) Reporting To: Head of IT

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with deep expertise in SAP and enterprise analytics to lead strategic technology initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance across audits. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management capabilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation in infrastructure & EPC,.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO/MM/PS module implementation and support, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations.
• Drive SAP integrations with third-party applications and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with CXOs and cross-functional teams to enhance SAP functionality and business alignment.
• Manage relationships with ERP vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA adherence and cost efficiency.
• Oversee statutory and ISO audits, ensuring IT systems meet compliance and certification standards.
• Conduct structured end-user training programs to drive adoption and effective use of SAP and analytics tools.
• Provide strategic input on IT infrastructure planning and digital initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Support digital transformation initiatives in infrastructure, EPC.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in IT/Systems/Finance.
• Experience: 1520 years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP FICO/MM/PS
• Certifications: PMP certification preferred; ISO Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of IT systems in infrastructure, EPC, or real estate domains.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel as required for project and audit needs.
