SAP ABAP HR

As an SAP HR ABAP Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience, your role will involve designing and developing solutions in SAP HCM using HR logical databases, reports, programs, and screens. You will utilize HR macros to read data from info types and work with HR relevant FMs/BAPIs for updating HR data. Additionally, you will be responsible for interfacing external systems into SAP and contributing to full cycle implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in Object Oriented ABAP, Smart Forms, Interface Programming, SAP Scripts, and SMARTFORMS - Proficiency in ABAP technologies like Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, and Dialog Programming - Ability to resolve complex technical issues and manage critical situations independently - Writing and validating technical specifications effectively - Strong logical and analytical abilities with problem-solving skills Qualifications Required: - 5 to 9 years of experience in SAP HR ABAP Design and Development - Proven experience in at least 2 full cycle implementations as an SAP HR ABAP Developer - Competencies in research skills, systems-level perspective, workload management, and entrepreneurship - Skills in adaptability, flexibility, and multitasking with a sense of urgency and stress management,
