Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain custom ABAP programs in various SAP modules.
  • Develop complex reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV), module pool programming, smart forms, and Adobe forms.
  • Build and maintain enhancements using User Exits, BADI, BAPI, and Enhancement Framework.
  • Develop and expose OData services and support SAPUI5/Fiori applications.
  • Create CDS Views and AMDP procedures for HANA-optimized solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Provide technical support during cutover, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
  • Debug and resolve issues in custom developments and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
  • Expertise in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF).
  • Strong experience in OOPs ABAP.
  • Experience with SAP HANA – CDS Views, AMDPs, and performance tuning.
  • Good understanding of SAP functional processes (e.g., SD, MM, FI, PP).
  • Familiarity with Fiori and SAPUI5 (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in debugging and troubleshooting ABAP code.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Workflow, WebDynpro, or BRF+.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
