About the Role:

SAP ABAP Developer

You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and optimize

  ABAP programs

  for SAP solutions.
• Implement and customize

  SAP Industry

  and

  Business Solutions

  (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, EWM, CRM, PLM, SCM, or SRM).
• Work with

  SAP S/4HANA

  technologies

  Core Data Services (CDS)

  ,

  OData/REST services

  , and

  RAP

  .
• Utilize

  Object-Oriented ABAP

  ,

  BOPF

  ,

  BOL

  , and other development frameworks.
• Perform

  technical analysis

  ,

  design

  , and

  documentation

  of solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements and provide end-to-end technical solutions.
  
• Participate in

  code reviews

  , ensure compliance with SAP best practices, and mentor junior developers (for senior-level positions).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–9+ years of experience

  in SAP ABAP development (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  ABAP stack

  (NetWeaver 7.0 and above),

  OOABAP

  , and

  Core Data Services (CDS)

  .
• Experience with

  Business Object frameworks

  (BOPF, BOL, etc.).
• Understanding of

  NW Gateway

  and

  OData/REST APIs

  .
• Exposure to

  SAP Industry Solutions

  and

  SAP Business Solutions

  .
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and provide scalable solutions.
  

• English level:

  B1+ or higher (B2+ preferred).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with

  SAP Fiori Design Guidelines

  and

  web technologies

  (SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Node.js).
• Knowledge of

  RAP

  ,

  SDS

  , or

  GenAI

  frameworks.
• Understanding of

  Agile

  or

  DevOps

  methodologies.
• Knowledge of

  German

  language is an advantage.
