SAP ABAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance applications using

  SAP ABAP

  on

  HANA

  platform.
• Develop and optimize

  CDS Views

  ,

  AMDP

  , and

  HANA SQL scripting

  for performance improvement.
• Create and maintain

  OData services

  for

  SAP Fiori / UI5

  applications.
• Participate in all phases of the

  SDLC

  , including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Perform

  code optimization

  ,

  performance tuning

  , and ensure adherence to

  SAP best practices

  .
• Support system integration, upgrades, and migration projects (S/4HANA).
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ABAP and HANA environments.
  
• Document technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
  

Required Skills and Experience

• 4 to 10 years

  of hands-on experience in

  SAP ABAP development

  .
• Strong working knowledge of

  ABAP on HANA

  concepts

  CDS Views

  ,

  AMDP

  ,

  Core Data Services

  , and

  HANA SQL scripting

  .
• Experience with

  OData service development

  and

  SAP Gateway

  .
• Exposure to

  SAP Fiori/UI5

  application integration.
• Proficiency in

  Object-Oriented ABAP

  BAPI

  ,

  User Exits

  , and

  Enhancement Frameworks

  .
• Familiarity with

  SmartForms

  ALV

  Reports

  Interfaces (IDocs, RFC, Proxy)

• Experience with

  implementation or migration projects preferred.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
