Job Description

Job Title:

Experience:

SAP ABAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using
ABAP Workbench tools
(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Design and implement
custom programs
,
function modules
, and
user exits
based on business requirements.
Work on
Enhancements (BADI, BTE, Enhancement Framework)
and
Data Dictionary
objects.
Develop and maintain
SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts
.
Create and optimize
RFCs, BAPIs, IDOCs, and ALV reports
.
Support and troubleshoot ABAP developments in SAP modules such as
MM, SD, FI, PP, and QM
.
Collaborate with functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Participate in
code reviews, performance tuning
, and deployment activities.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in
Core ABAP
(Reports, BDC, BAPI, Enhancements).
Hands-on experience with
SmartForms / Adobe Forms / SAP Scripts
.
Working knowledge of
OOABAP
and
Enhancement Framework
.
Experience in
IDOC interfaces
,
ALE
, and
RFC
.
Knowledge of
Debugging and Performance Optimization
.
Exposure to
SAP HANA and CDS Views
is an added advantage.
Experience in
ABAP on S/4HANA
preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
SAP certification in ABAP is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-driven and proactive in learning new SAP technologies.
