Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support custom ABAP solutions in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA across functional areas such as

  OTC, RTR, and P2P

  .
• Develop and enhance

  custom tables, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms

  following SAP best practices, WK standards, and

  S/4 HANA coding guidelines

  .
• Work extensively on

  ABAP development objects

  , including Data Dictionary, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
• Implement and enhance solutions using

  User Exits, Enhancement Implementations, BAdIs, BAPIs, RFC Function Modules, IDOCs, and Web Services

  .
• Design and develop

  inbound and outbound proxy interfaces

  and integrate SAP with

  PI/PO

  .
• Perform

  debugging, performance analysis, and code optimization

  to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Review

  S/4 HANA Readiness Check reports

  and provide detailed

  impact analysis

  for custom code remediation during system conversion.
• Analyze and implement required changes for integration scenarios, including:
  
• IDOC interfaces
  
• Web Service interfaces
  
• RFC and BAPI interfaces
  
• OData service interfaces
  
• SLT replications
  
• Flat file interfaces
  
• Use

  ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit)

  to analyze custom code and ensure compliance with S/4 HANA standards.
• Design and develop

  OData services

  for SAP applications.
• Create and enhance

  Core Data Services (CDS) views

  to support S/4 HANA and reporting requirements.
• Work with

  APIs

  for integration with various SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Leverage

  ABAP 7.40 features

  , including inline declarations and modern syntax, for efficient and optimized coding.
• Create SAP messages, analyze relevant

  SAP Notes

  , and implement them in S/4 HANA systems.
• Collaborate with functional, integration, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  
• Exposure to

  SAP BTP, Fiori Apps, and Integration Suite

  is an added advantage.
