About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Collection Head to lead our collections team. The role involves managing end-to-end loan recovery operations, ensuring timely repayments, and driving the performance of the collection team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the collection team to achieve monthly recovery targets.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
Handle escalations and negotiate repayment plans with customers.
Monitor overdue accounts and maintain detailed collection reports.
Ensure compliance with all RBI/NBFC collection guidelines.
Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for resolutions.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).
3–5 years of experience in loan recovery or collection management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience in NBFC/Fintech preferred.
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
