Samples Coordinator

As a Samples Coordinator at Forms+Surfaces, your role involves managing the samples fulfillment process, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely delivery of sample requests. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand customer needs, formulate product specifications, and arrange for new samples. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for leading the samples fulfillment process, coordinating with production, and ensuring that all sample requests are fulfilled on time. You will work closely with the sales team to prioritize and execute product requests within deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Learn information systems Q (CRM) and M2M (ERP) of the company - Lead and oversee all sample requests received through Q - Benchmark or match products based on customer requests - Formulate product specs based on customer needs - Coordinate with marketing and other departments for new samples - Establish and maintain quality standards, coordinate with production - Prepare requirement plan, share with production, and ensure timely fulfillment - Create sales orders for custom samples in M2M - Track update kits for sales teams and new member kits - Maintain quality standards for samples, packing, and shipping - Interact with sales team to understand product requirements - Generate new part numbers for samples in M2M & Q - Implement process improvements for product/samples quality - Perform product samples inspections and share findings for rectification - Ensure compliance with safety standards **Qualifications Required:** - 2 years of experience in product development, marketing, and samples department - Any graduate degree with English as the primary language preferred - Excellent IT skills with MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word - Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure - Strong communication skills in English - Good analytical and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to read and understand material specifications - SAP/ERP experience (preferably ERP) - Coordination within internal departments, sales team, and customers - Willingness to relocate near Wagholi, Pune Join Forms+Surfaces as a Samples Coordinator and be a part of a dynamic team that designs and manufactures architectural products for public spaces worldwide.,
