Sample Preparation Technician

We are currently hiring for the position of 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 at our NABL-accredited laboratory.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Precision cutting of metal samples as per lab standards.

Accurate marking of 𝗧𝗖 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗗𝘀 to ensure full traceability.

- Handling cutting equipment and maintaining a safe workspace.

- Operate and set up lathe machines for metal cutting, turning, facing, drilling, and finishing operations.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical instructions, and measurement specifications.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: ITI (Fitter/Machinist), High School, or equivalent experience.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Neat handwriting and attention to detail.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝟭–𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of hands-on experience operating lathe machines.

- Previous experience in a Metal Industry or Testing Lab is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of machining tools, metal cutting, and turning operations.

- Immediate joining preferred

Salary Range –

1,86,000 CTC To 3,24,000 CTC Yearly

Location: Ahmedabad
