Salon Trainer

As the lead trainer for professionals offering home services in your allotted city, your role involves developing and refining training content to align with industry standards and best practices. You will provide hands-on training and support to partners on standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality service delivery. Implementing strategies to enhance service quality through training interventions is a key responsibility, along with leading a team of trainers/professionals to ensure consistent training delivery across all locations. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, and staying updated on industry trends are also part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Lead all training programs for professionals offering home services in the allotted city - Develop and refine training content to align with industry standards - Provide hands-on training and support on SOPs for high-quality service delivery - Implement strategies to improve service quality through training interventions - Lead a team of trainers/professionals to ensure consistent training delivery - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs - Stay updated on industry trends in training and development for blue-collar workers Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of training experience in top-tier Salons or Beauty Training Academies - Very high proficiency in hard skills like waxing, threading, facials, clean-ups, pedicures, etc - Strong communication skills with proven experience in training professionals - Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training content - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities - Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement,
