As the Training Lead for professionals offering home services in your designated city, you will play a crucial role in shaping the skill development and service quality standards of our partners. Your responsibilities will include developing and refining training content to ensure it meets industry best practices and aligns with our service standards. You will provide hands-on training and support to partners on SOPs, aiming to enhance the delivery of high-quality services. In this role, you will lead a team of trainers/professionals, offering guidance and support to ensure consistent and effective training delivery across all locations. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, allowing you to make necessary adjustments to meet the evolving needs of our business. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to address any existing gaps. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development for blue-collar workers will also be part of your ongoing professional development. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of training experience in top-tier Salons or Beauty Training Academies, focusing on training and development. A very high proficiency in hard skills such as waxing, threading, facials, clean-ups, pedicures, etc, is required. Strong communication skills, demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training content, and excellent organizational skills are also essential for success in this position. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be critical.
