Supervise daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client service Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews Train, motivate, and lead the team to achieve service excellence and sales targets Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols Oversee inventory of beauty products, tools, and equipment; manage stock ordering Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism Plan and execute promotional offers, referral programs, and marketing initiatives Track sales, service performance, and customer satisfaction regularly Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain skills and morale Coordinate with vendors and service providers for supplies and maintenance Stay updated on beauty trends and recommend new services or upgrades
