Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and versatile Salon Manager and a group of Make Up artists and beauticians who are not only skilled in cosmetic and beauty treatments but also excels in team and business management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the salon, delivering high-quality customer experiences, and maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon
• Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff
• Perform or oversee a variety of beauty, cosmetic, and skin/aesthetic treatments
• Maintain inventory, manage suppliers, and ensure hygiene standards
• Handle client consultations and complaints professionally
• Implement marketing strategies and help grow the business
• Monitor sales targets and assist in achieving business goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in salon/spa management and hands-on beauty treatments
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic, skincare, haircare, and aesthetic treatments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Professional certifications in cosmetology or aesthetics (preferred)
