Job Title: Sales/Senior Sales Executive - Channel Partner Vertical (Residential High Rise Buildings)

Location: Chennai Perumbakkam

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales/Senior Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on residential high-rise building sales. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in real estate sales, specifically in working with channel partners such as brokers, agencies, and other intermediaries. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills and a passion for driving sales through collaborative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with channel partners, including real estate brokers and agencies, to expand our sales network for residential high-rise projects.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to maximize sales through channel partners, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Training Support: Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their understanding of our products and improve their sales effectiveness.
  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends and channel partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the sales process.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and property tours for channel partners, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our residential high-rise developments.
  • Negotiation Closing: Negotiate terms with channel partners and facilitate successful transactions, ensuring a smooth closing process.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, project management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and a seamless experience for channel partners and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the real estate sector, with a focus on channel partner engagement and residential high-rise buildings preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the residential real estate market, including buyer demographics and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Salary will be fixed based on the skill , knowledge & experience.
