Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at ProEdge Properties. The Salesperson will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. While the role is primarily located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, there is flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Market Knowledge and Property Valuation Skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Proficiency in local languages or dialects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
