Role Description

This is a temporary hybrid role for a Salesperson located in Ranchi, with some work from home acceptable. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, attending client meetings, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align on sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Experience in preparing sales reports and documentation
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
