Roles and Responsibilities:

HR Internship:

• Assist in recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at employee engagement and retention.
• Help maintain HR records and databases.

Sales Internship:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
• Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Marketing Internship:

• Assist in developing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Create content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
• Support in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.).

Requirements:

• Final year MBA students specializing in HR, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
