Sales/Marketing

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers, informing them about our products and services, and supporting our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to introduce or promote our products.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Provide detailed information about new launches and existing product offerings.
• Handle customer queries, share relevant materials, and collect feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist in basic marketing activities such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and basic written).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, internet).
• Good listening skills and a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
