Job Description

Job Role : Sales and Marketing Executive Location : CBD Belapur Industry : Shipping / Freight Forwarding/ Logistics Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing customers (shippers, importers, exporters, freight forwarders). Identify market trends and opportunities to build new business pipelines. Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and optimize strategies to ensure the achievement of revenue goals. Engage in direct sales activities, including customer meetings, negotiations, and presentations to promote the company's services. Develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth Coordination of logistics operations and timely delivery of services. Manage communication between internal teams and external partners to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates on sales performance, client engagements, and marketing effectiveness. Track and analyse key metrics related to customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales goals. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
