Sales/Marketing Executive OR Asst. Business Manager

As a Sales/Marketing Executive or Assistant Business Manager or Business Manager in the field of Biotechnology/Microbiology or any bioscience stream, your primary responsibility will be to cover the assigned territory comprehensively. This includes reaching out to Research Institutes, industries, pharma companies, diagnostic centers, hospitals, etc. You will be tasked with promoting a range of high-technology products such as PCR, Gel Electrophoresis units, Gel Doc Systems, Centrifuges, as well as having knowledge about Laboratory Chemicals and Plasticwares. Your daily activities will involve field visits, meeting customers and distributors to achieve set targets. It is essential to keep a close watch on business potential through personal visits, monitoring tender bulletins, and responding to GEM enquiries. Expanding the distributor network and customer base will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, ensuring the achievement of product-wise targets will be a key performance indicator. To excel in this role, you should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in Research institutes and the Biotechnology sector. Strong marketing and technical knowledge is essential, along with the ability to manage distributor networks, maintain relationships with existing customers, and explore new business opportunities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Proficiency in understanding product technicalities related to Plasticwares, chemicals, and instruments is necessary. Moreover, you should have expertise in using online tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience in handling CRM systems. This position is applicable for candidates based in Bhopal or Nagpur, with a qualification in Biotechnology/Microbiology or equivalent in any bioscience stream, preferably with an MBA. An experience range of 2-4 years is desired for this role.,
