As a Sales/Marketing Executive or Assistant Business Manager or Business Manager in our company, your role will involve complete coverage of the assigned territory. You will be responsible for covering Research Institutes, industries, pharma, diagnostic centers, hospitals, etc. Your main focus will be to promote product ranges of high technology such as PCR, Gel Electrophoresis units, Gel Doc Systems, Centrifuges, and have knowledge about Laboratory Chemicals and Plasticwares. Your daily activities will include field visits, meeting customers and distributors to achieve the assigned targets. It is crucial to keep an eye on business potential through personal visits, tender bulletins, and GEM enquiries. You will also be required to extend the distributor network and customer segment, ensuring product-wise target achievement. Key Responsibilities: - Complete coverage of the assigned territory - Cover Research Institutes, industries, pharma, diagnostic centers, hospitals, etc. - Promote product ranges of high technology - Conduct day-to-day field visits to meet customers and distributors - Monitor business potential through personal visits, tender bulletins, and GEM enquiries - Extend distributor network and customer segment - Ensure product-wise target achievement Qualifications Required: - Must have a qualification in Biotechnology/Microbiology or equivalent in any bioscience stream - Masters with MBA will be preferred - Experience in Research institutes and Biotechnology sectors - 1-3 years of relevant experience - Good marketing and technical knowledge - Ability to manage distributor networks and existing customers while finding new avenues - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Well-versed with Product technicalities in the segments of Plasticwares, chemicals, and instruments - Excellent command of online tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Experience in handling CRM Location: Lucknow Qualification: Biotechnology/Microbiology or equivalent in any bioscience stream Experience: 2-4 years or more As a Sales/Marketing Executive or Assistant Business Manager or Business Manager in our company, your role will involve complete coverage of the assigned territory.
