Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Manage sales transactions accurately (cash/card/UPI).
• Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock levels.
• Handle inventory and assist with stock checking.
• Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Support in packaging and delivery coordination when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
• Customer-friendly attitude with a focus on service.
• Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
