Job Title: Salesman – FMCG/Retail (Mumbai)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Salesperson with hands-on experience in field sales and strong knowledge of Mumbai city and suburban markets. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food products, or general trade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, approach, and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across Mumbai.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Daily visit retail outlets across the city and suburban locations to track stock, collect orders, and promote new products.

- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Execute sales strategies and promotional activities in the assigned region.

- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper sales documentation.

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.

- Strong understanding of Mumbai’s local markets, customer profiles, and logistics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a sales route efficiently.

- Basic knowledge of using smartphones/apps for order entry and tracking.

- Own two-wheeler preferred (fuel allowance will be provided).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Kalbadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
