About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Interior Design division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and converting leads into successful interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for corporate and commercial interior design projects.
• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present customized design and budget proposals.
• Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to ensure conversions.
• Maintain relationships with architects, builders, and property developers to generate referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or other tracking systems.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Help with other work as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, real estate, or luxury lifestyle sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Client-focused approach with an ability to build long-term relationships.
• Passion for interiors, design, and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
