Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect with 10+ years of deep technical expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture design, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service , core Salesforce clouds , and integration architectures including both endpoint and middleware design . This role requires a leader who can drive end-to-end technical ownership of Salesforce implementations and ensure scalable, secure, and robust platform solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical delivery of Salesforce projects across Core Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, etc.) Architect, design, and develop complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to platform best practices and secure coding standards Design scalable and secure integration frameworks with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) Provide hands-on development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce , SOQL, and platform tools Define and enforce security architecture and access control mechanisms across Salesforce environments Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Conduct code reviews, establish technical standards, and mentor junior developers Lead technical design sessions, develop technical solution documentation, and ensure proper governance Stay updated on Salesforce platform capabilities and emerging features Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience Proven experience in Salesforce Field Service and core cloud implementations Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce , SOQL, and platform events Expertise in integration architecture , including design of endpoints and middleware (REST, SOAP, message queues, etc.) Deep understanding of Salesforce security model , authentication, authorization, and data protection Experience with DevOps tools and Salesforce deployment best practices (SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines) Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Field Service Consultant, Platform Developer II are preferred Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills Nice to Have: Experience working in agile environments Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards in cloud environments
