Salesforce Technical Lead

As a Salesforce Technical Lead at our company based in Mumbai, your role is crucial in translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading technical design sessions and documenting architectural decisions. - Designing, developing, and deploying custom components such as Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. - Managing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and overseeing data migrations. - Ensuring best practices, secure coding, and high code quality. - Mentoring and guiding developers, consultants, and analysts. - Participating in staffing, reviews, and career development for team members. - Collaborating with solution architects in client workshops. - Contributing to internal accelerators, reusable frameworks, and knowledge assets. Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 8 years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows. - Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs. - Led at least 3 Salesforce implementations as a Technical Lead. - Skills in code reviews, mentoring, and managing distributed teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Must-have certifications: - Salesforce Admin - Platform Developer I & II - Sales Cloud - Service Cloud - Experience Cloud Preferred skills include: - Salesforce Application or System Architect certification. - Experience with Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service. - Knowledge of MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. - Domain exposure to medical equipment or manufacturing. In addition to the above, the job is full-time with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday.
